Architecture and Design

Architecture and design are shared equally by Schulz Architektur ZT GmbH and BlendRaum. DI Marcus Schulz and DI Boško Marušić have worked together since 2010 and have designed Therme St. Kanzian since 2023.

Schulz Architektur, established in Graz in 2005, designs thermal spas and spa hotels — among them the Parktherme Bad Radkersburg, Therme Ischgl, Therme Lenti and Asia Spa Leoben. As a chartered and sworn Ziviltechniker with his licence held in Graz, Marcus Schulz carries the project through the approval process.

Boško Marušić has worked on wellness projects in Austria since 2012 and was Design Director in Shanghai until 2023. His approach comes from architecture, urban design and industrial design.

From that came a built landscape of cascading volumes that settle into the terrain rather than standing in front of it. Visualisation, content and this website are the work of BlendRaum.
