Apartment Hotel

Planned as a more informal counterpart to the main hotel, the Apartment Hotel is designed for longer stays, families, and repeat visitors — offering flexible units and a relaxed resort rhythm.

The urban design approach breaks down the overall mass into several volumes with carefully placed gaps that preserve views, respond to neighbouring buildings, and follow the site’s topography.

Between the buildings

Paths, courtyards and planting stay open between the volumes. Those gaps are part of the design: they hold sight lines open, take up the scale of the neighbouring buildings and follow the fall of the site.

The ground floors open towards the shared areas while the apartments above face outwards. Inside, timber and pale surfaces continue the materiality of the façade, so the transition between apartment and grounds stays fluid.
